NRL matches will be shown each week on One World Sports, a television, internet and mobile channel operated by America One, and available in 35 million US households. The broadcaster will cover the 30 remaining weeks of this season, beginning with the weekend just past.
“Our viewers and stations loved our coverage of the Four Nations last fall, and they have been asking for more,” said Preston Bornman, President of America One. “With the launch of One World Sports on the Mobile Web, we can now reach younger fans on the move.”
The America National Rugby League (AMNRL) is to assist America One in carrying out targeted marketing to US rugby players, participants and fans.
