Under the deal, Heidrick & Struggles – which has recently launched a new Global Sport Leadership Advisory Group - will be the presenting sponsor of the ‘Leadership in Sport Award’, a Beyond Sport Award category that recognises an individual or organisation that has demonstrated skills in the face of significant social challenges.
Additionally Heidrick & Struggles will host a leadership workshop and breakfast on the eve of the Summit for representatives from the 34 nominated projects named on the Beyond Sport Awards short list.
The second annual Beyond Sport Summit and Awards take place this year in Chicago from September 29 to 30.
Beyond Sport is a global organisation that promotes, develops and funds the use of sport to create positive social change across the world. Now in its second year, the Awards have attracted entries from over 400 projects.
