The sell-out international event saw over 1,200 delegates from 41 countries, representing 55 different sports – and 94 per cent of them stated they were satisfied with the quality of attendees (of which 82 per cent stated they were extremely satisfied).
Of those 1,200 delegates, 51 per cent were rights holders and 86 per cent were director-level.
FIFA’s executive committee member Dr Chung Mong-Joon said the event was a “wonderful platform to air opinions to an international audience”.
An additional 520 delegates watched the conference live via the website stream and millions more from around the world followed the news stories aired by 12 international television networks covering the event and run by 150 international journalists.
